What Is Crown Her?

Crown Her was developed from a vision born in the heart of Marvreen Tanisha Gibson — a desire to restore identity where confidence had been shaken. What began as a brand is evolving into a movement rooted in dignity, strength, and togetherness.
More than products, Crown Her represents restoration. Through symbolic headwear, apparel, and meaningful design, the brand stands for visibility, healing, and the courage to rise — together.
"Crown Her is not just worn — it is carried.
It is the quiet decision to rise with dignity,
to restore with strength,
and to stand together — visible, healed, and crowned.”
Marvreen Tanisha Gibson, Founder OF CROWN HER.
My Story And What Fuels The Vision.
.“Crown Her is not about hair. it is about identity, dignity,
and remembering who you are.”

National Crown With Me Day
May 1, 2026

Every May 1st, we gather in solidarity — not just to wear something beautiful, but to stand for something powerful.
National Crown With Me Day is a declaration of dignity for those who have experienced hair loss, identity shifts, illness, insecurity, or the quiet loss of self. For women walking through chemotherapy. For mothers facing alopecia. For men battling prostate cancer. For anyone who feels their crown has been shaken.
On this day, we wear white in unity — and we wear the symbol.
The Crown Her symbol represents restored identity, visible healing, and strength carried with grace. When you wear it, you are not just wearing apparel — you are standing in solidarity.
Official Crown Her movement pieces — including t-shirts, pins, headwear, scarves, and commemorative items — will be available right here on www.crownher.net prior to May 1st so you can receive your items in time to stand with us.
By wearing the Crown Her symbol, you let the world know:
We stand together.
We restore with dignity.
No crown is ever truly lost.
This movement was created by Marvreen Tanisha Gibson, founder of Crown Her, as both a brand and a mission — evolving from a product into a national declaration of restored identity.

This is more than a moment.
It is a movement.
And you are invited to wear it.

May 1st was a great success as we celebrated National Crown With Me Day and released Songs of Crown Her, now available on Spotify, YouTube, and all major streaming platforms. We look forward to celebrating National Crown With Me Day again next year on May 1st. Our next initiative is Men in Pain Week, August 15–21, dedicated to recognizing and supporting men through physical, mental, and emotional pain.
